Every Sunday

Sundays at The Tap Shack are less “sports bar” and more football with a bunch of friends who happen to have five TVs and all the games.

We’ve got NFL Sunday Ticket, which means you don’t have to settle for whatever game happens to be on locally. With four big screens inside plus a TV on the patio, we’ll have the games rolling all Sunday long.

And because this is The Tap Shack, there’s usually a potluck happening too. Bring something to share if you’d like, grab a cold drink and find your spot for the day.

Join us on the patio for The Great Tap Shack Carve-Off, a laid-back morning of pumpkin carving, drinks and questionable artistic talent.

Thursday, October 29 at 10 AM

Bring your own pumpkin, or grab one of ours while they last. We’ll carve together on the patio, but don’t get too attached to your masterpiece just yet.

Your pumpkins will go on display and be judged Friday night during our Halloween Bash & Nevada Day Kickoff Party. Bragging rights are absolutely on the line.

Come carve something creepy, funny, ridiculous or downright impressive. No artistic talent required.

We’re sending off our outdoor music season with one BIG Friday night.

It’s our Nevada Day Kickoff Party, Halloween Party and the LAST Parking Lot Party of the year, all rolled into one night at The Tap Shack.

AudioBoxx takes over the stage, rocking your favorites while we kick off Nevada Day weekend under the lights.

And since it’s Halloween, come dressed for it. We’ll have a Costume Contest with prizes, so bring your best, funniest, strangest or most creative look.

This is Carson City’s day, and The Tap Shack has a front-row seat.

For the past few years, we’ve opened our parking lot to the community on Nevada Day, and we’re doing it again.

Bring your chairs and watch the Nevada Day Parade with us!

We’re opening bright and early at 6:30 AM with coffee drinks, Bloody Marys and the full bar ready to go.

Pancho’s will be here, along with a churro tent for something sweet while you settle in for the parade.

Bring your chairs, your friends and your neighbors and make a morning of it with us.
